This document illustrates the use of folders.
Martin Legrand is a professional coach. He has already invited a number of people to determine their DISCp4 profiles. He is now going to use folders to organize their results.
Chapters:
To manage his folders, Martin can use the "Folders" menu.
Martin has not yet created any folders. To create one, he can click on the "Create folder" button.
He then gives a name and a description to the folder he wishes to create.
To manage group results, Martin can use the "Results" menu.
Martin selects the profiles he wishes to associate to the "CdP SNCF" folder he has just created. He chooses the option "Associate to the CdP SNCF folder" in the list and then clicks on the "Validate" button.
NB: One profile can be associated to several folders.
Since the "CdP SNCF" folder is no longer empty, a dedicated menu now appears on this page.
Looking back at the folder list ("Folders" menu under "Profiles"), Martin can see that 3 Pro profiles have been associated to the "CdP SNCF" folder.
As well as organizing results, folders generate graphs for the profiles associated with them. This is a practical feature. Coaches and HR officers generally use them to get an overview of their teams.
